Anne T. Oxley - Summer’s End
As the summer comes to a close, I thought I’d send an update. A few days back, I visited with Anne Oxley about her computer and her website. She mentioned that she’s been visiting the computer more often again, writing a little.
She spends more of her time working with pastels, sketching ducks and wild life visible from her apartment. Her favorite paintings are those she sketches from photos taken on trips with family.
At 87, she’s concerned more about family and prayerful about those in the military service, as well as family close to home. Anne shared that she’s spent a lot of time with her family, time she treasures. Her family live mostly close by, in areas where she can easily drive or visit for an afternoon.
Anne also spends time with seniors in her apartment complex and enjoys her friends, whom she visits whenever possible.
She’s been attending mass at the Catholic Church again, and wanted her fans to know that it’s like going home again. She invites you to return to whatever church you grew up in and find the refreshment of God’s love.
